Recruitment Notification
SKS Foundation is a national level recognized non-governmental development organization which has been implementing activities to improve the quality of life of the poor since 1987. The organization is certified by multiple institutions including the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) certificate (MRA-01621-00534-00045). For the purpose of implementing and expanding the loan program in the said organization, the eligible candidates for the recruitment of staff in the below mentioned positions are invited to the undersigned along with the written application along with complete resume (including email and mobile number), 02 copies of passport size color photograph, citizenship certificate, national identity card, educational qualification and experience. Photocopy of the certificate is requested to be sent by post/courier/direct to SKS Foundation, College Road, North Harin Singha, Gaibandha-5700 by 30th April 2024 office hours. You can also apply to hr@sks-bd.org. Only selected candidates will be called to participate in the recruitment test. Female candidates will be given preference.
1. Assistant Regional Manager - (15): Educational Qualification & Experience: Masters in any subject. Must have at least 5-7 years of practical experience in managing 05 branches simultaneously in credit operations in NGOs/financial institutions and should be proficient in reporting. Must have a valid driving license capable of driving a motorcycle. Age-under 40 years. Salary: 40,000/- per month inclusive during apprenticeship (4 months) and if permanent after the apprenticeship period will be 46,300/- plus mobile allowance 1,000/-, fuel allowance 3,500/-, distance allowance And on the basis of achieving the target, credit allowance is available at a fixed rate

2. Assistant Area Manager- (20 People): Educational Qualification & Experience: Masters in any discipline. Must have at least 3 years of practical experience in branch management in credit operations in NGOs/financial institutions and should be proficient in reporting. Must have a valid driving license capable of driving a motorcycle. Age-under 40 years. Salary: 35,000/- per month inclusive during apprenticeship period (4 months) and if permanent after apprenticeship period will be 38,400/- plus mobile allowance 700/-, fuel allowance 3,000/-, distance allowance, accommodation allowance (where applicable) and will be entitled to credit allowance at the prescribed rate based on target achievement.
3. Assistant Branch Manager- (50 People): Educational Qualification & Experience: Masters in any discipline. Must have at least 2 years of practical work experience at field level in lending activities in NGOs/financial institutions. Age-under 40 years. Salary: 25,000/- per month inclusive during apprenticeship (4 months) and 27,189/- per month as permanent employee at the end of apprenticeship period plus distance allowance, accommodation allowance (where applicable) and credit allowance at fixed rate based on target achievement will deserve 4. 5. Accountant- (25): Educational Qualification and Experience: Masters/Hons. in Commerce. 2 to 3 years of practical experience in managing branch accounts in NGO/financial institutions. Should have skills in software operation, reporting and computer management. Age- Below 35 years. Salary: Monthly salary will be Rs.25,130/- in total based on skill and qualification. You will also be entitled to other benefits as per policy including fuel allowance and credit allowance. 6. Field Assistant- (100 People): Educational Qualification and Experience: At least Hons/Degree Pass. Must have at least 2 years of practical work experience at field level in lending activities in NGOs/financial institutions. Age- Below 35 years. Salary: 18,000/- per month inclusive during apprenticeship (4 months) and 23,980/- per month if permanent at the end of apprenticeship plus distance allowance, accommodation allowance (where applicable) and credit allowance at fixed rate based on target achievement will be
7. Trainee Field Staff - (200 People): Educational Qualification & Experience: Masters/Graduation/Degree Pass in any discipline. Must have the mentality to work at field level in lending activities in NGOs/financial institutions. Must have motorcycle driving skills. Age- Below 35 years. Salary: Monthly stipend during the training period will be Rs.10,000/- in total. After completing two (2) months training period satisfactorily, salary allowances and other benefits will be provided as per organization rules.
Also 2 days weekly leave, PF, gratuity, medical care allowance, Boishakhi allowance, festival allowance and special commuting allowance for working in branches located in expensive places and Char. It should be noted that the candidates who have passed 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th positions have to pay security deposit (refundable) as per the rules at the time of joining.
