The Voluntary Socio-Economic Development and Human Welfare Organization has been conducting various development activities including savings and loan programs in the remote rural areas of various districts of Bangladesh as a subsidiary organization of PKSF and with the financial support of various banks. Also running Solar Power, Biogas and Advanced Stove programs as a subsidiary of Idcol. Applications are invited from Bangladeshi citizens for the recruitment of manpower in the following positions of the organization.
1. Zonal Manager (Savings and Credit Programme) : 5 persons. Salary Rs.50,000/- during Apprenticeship; 69,101/- if the job is permanent. Candidate should have passed minimum Post Graduation/Equivalent. Maximum age is 45 years. 8 years of practical experience in savings and loan programs with at least 5 years in equivalent position in a subsidiary of PKSF.
2. Area Manager (Savings and Loan Programme): 10 people. Salary 40,000/- during Apprenticeship; 59,245/- if the job is permanent. Candidate should have passed minimum Post Graduation/Equivalent. Maximum age is 40 years. Must have 5 years of practical experience in savings and loan program with at least 3 years in equivalent position in PKSF affiliates.
3. Branch Manager (Savings and Loan Programme) : 30 people. Salary Rs.30,000/- during Apprenticeship; 44,643/- if the job is permanent. Candidate should have minimum graduation/equivalent pass. Maximum age is 35 years. Must have 5 years of practical experience in savings and loan program with at least 2 years in equivalent position in a subsidiary of PKSF.
Terms and Conditions: After 6 (six) months of apprenticeship, after joining the salary structure of the organization, 2 festival allowances, Baisakhi allowances, annual increments, employee welfare fund facilities, contributory provident fund, gratuity, group insurance will be eligible. Also, from the time of joining, traveling allowance, mobile bill, fuel bill, incentive allowance, performance bonus, accommodation and other benefits of the organization will be available. All the candidates have to stay at the field level. A security deposit of Rs.12,000/- (refundable) is required for all posts at the time of joining the service. Also to be submitted to the SSC side original certificate office (temporarily transferable if required).
