Educational qualification
(a) At least graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized university; (b) computer trained;
(c) The candidate shall have passed the written examination of 90 marks in total including 25 in Bengali, 25 in English, 20 in Mathematics and 20 in General Knowledge; (d) The speed of transcription shall be 45 words per minute in Bengali and 70 words per minute in English; (e) the speed of writing shall be 25 words per minute in Bengali and 30 words in English;
(f) There should be a certificate from an institution recognized by the government regarding the above mentioned matters.
(a) Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Science or equivalent from a recognized University; (b) The candidate must pass the written examination with a total of 90 marks including 20 in Bengali, 20 in English, 20 in Mathematics and 30 in General Knowledge of Computer;
(c) Standard Aptitude Test - 9 should be passed in the relevant subject with a speed of 25 words per minute in Bengali and 30 words per minute in English.

The following conditions must be followed in filling the application form and participating in the examination: 01. Age limit is 18-30 years as on 05 May April, 2024 for sons and daughters (grandsons) of ordinary candidates, minority ethnic groups and sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters. Age limit is 18-32 years in case of sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged. No affidavit will be accepted for proof of age. Age limit for departmental candidates is relaxable up to 40 years. It should be noted that the employees appointed or engaged as per Bangladesh Secretariat (Non-cadre Gazetted Officers and Non-Gazetted Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2014 (Revised 2020) will be considered as departmental candidates.
02. To fill the vacant posts of Serial No. 02 of the table “Government Institutions Computer Personnel Recruitment Rules, 2019 and to fill the vacant posts of Serial Nos- 01, 03, 04 and 05 “Bangladesh Secretariat (Extra Cadre Gazetted Officers and Non-Gazetted Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2014 (Amended 2020)” will be followed. Further, all existing government rules/orders/rules related to recruitment and any subsequent amendments to these rules will be followed.
03. The applicant should mention his latest educational qualification in the application.
04. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authorities. Job candidates should tick the Departmental Candidate box while filling the application form subject to fulfilling all the conditions. This condition does not apply to others. However all the job candidates have to submit the original copy of no objection letter issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral test. No advance copy will be accepted in this case.
05. In case of selection of candidates for recruitment written, practical (where applicable) and oral tests will be conducted as per recruitment rules. Only candidates who qualify the written test will be considered for appearing in the practical (where applicable)/ oral test.
