b) Should have passed the Standard Aptitude Test in the relevant subject with a speed of 25 words per minute in Bengali and 30 words per minute in English.
a) Bachelor's degree or equivalent with CGPA from a recognized University with second division or equivalent;
b) Computer skills. Transcription should have a speed of 80 and 50 words per minute in English and Bengali respectively and Computer Typing should pass the test at a speed of 30 words per minute in Bengali and 25 words per minute in English.

The following conditions must be followed while filling the application form and participating in the examination:
(a) Minimum and maximum age of applicant as on 01/04/2024 shall be 18-30 years, (b) Children (Son/Daughter) of Freedom Fighters/Martyred Freedom Fighters and Candidates applying in Physically Handicapped Quota shall be 18 to 32 years and (c) In Freedom Fighters Quota Applicant must be 18 to 30 years of age of son/daughter of freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age.
d) Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authorities. Employed candidates should tick box (V) while filling the application form subject to fulfillment of all conditions.
e) The existing rules and regulations of the Government in the matter of recruitment and any subsequent amendments in the relevant rules shall be followed.
f) No TA/DA will be given for participation in written and oral examination.
g) For the posts of Computer Operator, Typist-cum-Computer Operator, Office Assistant-cum-Computer Typist candidates who have passed the written test will appear in the practical test and the candidates who have passed the practical test will appear in the oral test.
h) A candidate can apply for 01 (one) post only.
j) The decision of the appointing authority in any matter relating to recruitment shall be final.
2.
Eligibility Verification of Candidates:
At the time of oral examination, 01 (one) attested photocopies of each of the following documents (serial no. a to j) must be produced along with the originals.
a) Certificates of all educational qualifications of the candidate (including experience certificates where applicable)

b) Citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman/Mayor/Councillor of the Union Parishad where the candidate is a permanent resident of the City Corporation/Union/Municipality/Ward.

c) Certificate issued by appropriate authority in support of quota claim other than women quota.
d) Character certificate issued by a gazetted officer of the first class.
e) National Identity Card (NID).
