2. The following conditions must be followed:

Educational qualification and experience

(a) Passed in Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with a GPA below Second Division or equivalent; and (b) Proficiency in computer operation with a speed of 20 (twenty) words per minute in Bengali and 20 (twenty) words per minute in English.
Candidates age limit should be 18 to 30 years as on 18 Chaitra 1430 Bangabd/01.04.2024 AD. However, the maximum age limit is 32 (thirty-two) years in the case of sons-daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters/physically challenged. Affidavit in respect of age shall not be admissible in any case.
(2) Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Institutions must apply with the permission of appropriate authority. All the job candidates have to submit the original copy of no objection clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral test.
(3) The existing rules and regulations of the Government in respect of recruitment and any subsequent amendments to the relevant rules shall be followed.
(8) No TA/DA will be granted for participation in written and oral examinations.
(5) Candidate's name, father/husband's name, mother's name, permanent address, present address, nationality, religion, date of birth, age, name of own district, educational qualification and experience (if any) should be mentioned in the application form.
(6) Original copies of all certificates must be produced at the time of oral examination and one set of attested photocopies of all certificates must be submitted along with a print copy of the online application form.
(7) Permanent address mentioned in the job application form, citizenship certificate and national identity card (Voter ID card) or attested birth certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/City Corporation Ward Commissioner/Councillor in support of own district and nationality. Copy must be submitted.
(8) If the candidate is the son or daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr, the freedom fighter certificate (Ministry certificate, Bamus certificate), Muktibarta/Gazette number and date, SSC certificate/birth certificate to prove the age of the freedom fighter, death certificate of the deceased freedom fighter and the son-daughter of the freedom fighter/martyr. In case of job candidates as sons and daughters, along with the above documents, the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Mayor/City Corporation Ward Commissioner/Councilor as proof of the relationship between the freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter and the candidate. National identity card of the candidate and his/her parents must be produced during the oral examination.
All attestations/attestations should be carried out by a gazetted officer of first class.
(10) Number of posts may decrease/increase as per organizational structure.
(11) The authority reserves the right to cancel/modify the notification and reduce/increase the number of vacancies advertised.
(12) Written and oral examination will be conducted for the said posts as per notification. Candidates who qualify the written test will be considered eligible for the oral test.
(13) Candidates who wish to participate in the examination can fill the application form on the website http://dscc.teletalk.com.bd. Detailed application rules are available at http://dsec.teletalk.com.bd and www.dsec.gov.bd website. The application deadline is as follows:
(i) Date and time of commencement of online filling of application form and deposit of examination fee: 15 Baisakh 1431 Bng./28.04.2024 AD; Morning: 10:00 am.
(ii) Last Date and Time for Online Submission of Application Form : 29 Baishakh 1431 Bangabd / 12.05.2024 AD : 4:00 PM.
(iii) Candidates who have received User ID within the said period can submit the examination fee through SMS within 72 (seventy two) hours from the time of submission of application form online.
(14) The applicant has to pay Tk 500/- (Five Hundred) towards examination fee using Teletalk pre-paid mobile. (15) If there is any problem in applying online, contact 121 or email vas.query@teletalk.com.bd. (16) The decision of the appointing authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.
(17) In cases not mentioned, the rules last issued by the Government shall apply.
