Director- Field Operation and Management
Vacancy: 01
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement program strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals. • Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs to ensure effectiveness and impact.
• Manage program budgets and resources effectively to maximize outcomes.
• Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.
Lead a team of program managers and coordinators to achieve program objectives. Monitor and report on program performance, including tracking key metrics and outcomes. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful development programs, preferably in the financial inclusion or microcredit sector.
• Strong understanding of development principles, including poverty alleviation, gender equality, and social empowerment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and drive innovation in program design and implementation. Experience working in Bangladesh or similar contexts is highly desirable.
Director- Human Resource Management & Development Division

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's mission and objectives. • Oversee recruitment, retention, and talent management processes to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
• Design and administer compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. • Provide leadership in fostering a positive organizational culture and employee engagement. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Lead performance management and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR initiatives into business outcomes.
• Experience working in the financial or microcredit sector is a plus.
For the both position, compensation is negotiable based on the candidate's experience and the organization's resources.
