Name of Post: Executive Director - Operations
Job Responsibilities:
Develop operation strategies, ensure implementation of initiatives to reduce company costs and increase employee productivity Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes •Develop and maintain Capex & Opex budgets through implementation of various cost saving ideas/projects
Allocating the company's resources, materials and equipment to the most productive functions
•Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions

Reviewing the Statutory compliances of all the plants and depots Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and
minimize costs
•Adhere to the company's policies and standards, laws and regulations Work closely with Human Resources to lead and ensure the development of the team
Employment Status : Full Time
Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Technology / MBA from any reputed University Experience and other requirements:
14 years with at least 4 years in a Leadership position in related field Job Location
