Job responsibilities:
Product development. Ability to plan and run independently. Set and review goals in order to satisfy customer's quality. •Implementing all buyers' code of conduct and compliance. Providing training local employees in different sections. Requirements:
Should have academic background on Chemical/Dye/ Process. Should have training on Dyestuff & Process Application. Liaise with buyers and developers and create new trendy finishes on new chemicals/tools methods on garments finishing. Motivate buyers to get new orders. Responsible to check the garments in washing and finishing. Highly communication skill in English is required. Minimum 12 years of experience in the garment washing plant. Should be willing to work late hours for the interest of the factory.
