JOB PURPOSE
To make milk process planning according to situation demand, ensure milk distribution to different product lines and minimize process loss
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan shift-wise milk process
• Ensure raw milk receiving, processing, according to production planning and FIFO method, milk reconciliation with milk Fat and SNF
• Check and ensure CIP before and after production related machine, tank, silo, pipe line and milk tanker etc.
• Maintain GMP, GHP in milk process section
• Check all milk process related register, log sheet and others ISO record
• Monitor the activities of process operators, CIP operators and process workers
• Train and motivate production staff as required
Liaison with other dept. like maintenance, QAD, R and C for solving different types of problem for smooth process operation
• Prepare daily, monthly production and consumption report (raw materials, chemicals and packing materials), monthly performance report of operator and production workers
• Check daily in-out register for operator, production helper and daily worker to reduce overtime and increase productivity
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates
• Have sound knowledge on production activities of milk and milk related products standards and production procedures
• Have sound knowledge of ingredient functionality, product formulations, and basic food preparation
• Must have communication skill, analytical ability; motivational, negotiation and manpower planning skill www.prebd.com
• Must have ability to work in a teamwork and rapport building
• Able to work under pressure
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should have B.Sc. in Animal Husbandry/ Dairy Science/ Food and Nutrition / Food Engineering from any government approved institute with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations
