Department of Health Services, Administration-1 Branch, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka Memorandum No-Swapcom/Prsha-1/AD/2C-26/96(Part-1)-152 Dated: 18/01/2024 Accordingly, in order to recruit manpower for the vacant posts of former 3rd/4th class (grade 11-20) in the office of Civil Surgeon, Faridpur and various health institutions under his control from the permanent residents of Faridpur district subject to the following conditions online at http://csfaridpur.teletalk.com.bd (Online) applications are being invited. Conditions:
1. Candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh by birth.
Educational qualification and experience
(a) Graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized University:
(b) trained in computers;
(c) Should have experience in operating computers including word processing, e-mail and fax machines etc.; (d) Transcript should contain 45 words per minute in Bengali and 70 words per minute in English.
(e) Minimum speed of computer typing shall be 25 words per minute in Bengali and 30 words per minute in English. (a) Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent from a recognized University; (b) Proficiency in computer operation.
(a) Passed Higher Secondary Certificate (Vocational) Examination in Refrigeration or Air-Conditioning Trade from a recognized Board.
(a) Passed Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent examination from any recognized board.

(b) To furnish security as per Government rules when finalizing the appointment of store keeper

2. Age of all applicants should be minimum 18 (Eighteen) and maximum 30 (Thirty) years as on 01/04/2014 except Son/Daughter/Disabled of Heroic Freedom Fighter. Maximum age limit is 32 (thirty two) years in case of sons/daughters/disabled persons of heroic freedom fighters. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. 3. Applications of all candidates will be accepted online only. Application forms received through any other means other than online will be considered directly rejected. 4. The examination for the posts mentioned in the recruitment notification will be held on the same date and time.
5. Department of Health Memoranda No- Self-Director/Prsha-2/3rd Class Recruitment-4/2018/6354-Dated 11/12/2018 AH: As per the notification dated earlier, those who were previously attached- Cashier Cum Computer Operator, Store Keeper, Office Assistant Cum Computer Cashier, Those who have applied for the posts of Statistician, Health Assistant, Ward Master need not reapply. Their application will be considered admissible if correct and their age will be computable as per the condition of earlier notification. They can participate in the said recruitment test based on the currently issued recruitment circular and eligible candidates will be issued admit cards to participate in the said recruitment test.
6. Candidates who have passed the written test for the post of driver will have to participate in the practical (where applicable) test on the relevant subjects as per recruitment rules. Candidates who have cleared the practical test will be eligible to appear in the oral test.
7. The applicant should mention all his acquired educational qualifications/experience in the application.
