Accounts Assistant in Chuadanga District Union Parishads as per Memorandum No. 46,00,0000,038 08.001,17(Part-1)-52 dated 23-01-2024, Department of Local Government, Ministry of Rural Development and Cooperatives, UP-2 Branch Applications are invited from the permanent residents of Chuadanga district for recruitment of Cum-Computer Operator on temporary basis under the following conditions. (a) Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent examination with minimum second division or equivalent GPA in Commerce from a recognized board;
(b) received computer training and
(c) Minimum speed of Bengali 20 (twenty) words and English 20 (twenty) words per minute in computer typing.

Grade-16 9,300-22,490/- (National Pay Scale, 2015) (75% of pay and allowances are payable by the Government and 25% from Union Parishad's own revenue income)
The candidate should be a citizen of Bangladesh by birth and a permanent resident of Chuadanga district. Interested candidates should apply clearly in the prescribed job form by hand. Application form is available on the website of Deputy Commissioner, Chuadanga (www.chuadanga.gov.bd). The following documents should be attached with the application.

One copy of Citizen Certificate (issued by UP Chairman/Mayor).
Attested copies of original/temporary certificates of all educational qualifications (attested by a gazetted officer of the first class; stamp with name of the officer in case of attestation).
02 (two) copies of passport size and 01 (one) copy of stamp size color photograph (attested by first class gazetted officer; in case of attestation should be stamped with the name of the officer) should be affixed in the prescribed space of the application. Name of the candidate should be written on the back of the photo.
500/- (Five Hundred) Bank Draft (Non-refundable) from any branch of Agrani Bank in favor of Deputy Commissioner, Chuadanga.

01 (10x4.5 inches) return envelope affixed with postal stamp of Rs.10/- (Ten) containing the name of the post and the candidate's name and address should be enclosed with the application to reach the admit card at the correct address. Candidates age should be between 18 to 30 years as on 26-05-2024. However, the age is relaxable up to 32 (thirty two) years in case of freedom fighter's son/daughter, son/daughter's children/physically handicapped. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age.
In case of sons/daughters/pets of freedom fighters, along with the freedom fighter certificate, an affidavit regarding the relationship of freedom fighter with the applicant should be given by the UP Chairman/Municipal Mayor. Candidates interested in applying for jobs as children/children of freedom fighters/martyrs must submit the attested copy of the certificate signed by the appropriate authority of the government along with specifying the information in the prescribed application form and submit the following information on a separate sheet:

If the candidate is working in a Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Recognised Private Institution, he/she should apply through the appropriate authority. In this case no advance copy of application form will be accepted. In the case of recruitment, the relevant recruitment rules and quota/rules prescribed by the government will be followed. In this case the candidate has to submit the attested copy of certificate/certificate issued by the appropriate authority in support of the quota claim.
Application form should reach the undersigned by post by 26-05-2014 during office hours. No direct / manual application will be accepted. Applications received after the due date will not be accepted.
Incomplete, defective and late applications will be considered rejected.
If the appointment is obtained by concealing any information or providing wrong information, the appointment of the concerned candidate will be canceled and legal action will be taken.
The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application, add/change any conditions and reduce/increase the number of posts if necessary without assigning any reason. The decision of the authority in the matter of appointment shall be final.
Any direct/indirect solicitation/recommendation regarding employment will be considered disqualification of the candidate.
The decision of the appointing authority regarding acceptance or rejection of the application is final. No objection can be raised in this regard.
