Pursuant to the Memorandum No. 2059(13) dated 20/3/16 of the High Court Division of the High Court of Bangladesh Supreme Court, Divisional Speedy Trial Tribunal, Khulna invites applications from the following conditionally qualified permanent citizens of Bangladesh for the recruitment of manpower to the following vacancies: :-

8th class pass and should be in good health.
1) Job related application form should be collected from www.forms.gov.bd and sent after completion. 2) Application along with 03 (three) copies of passport size attested photographs of candidate, original/temporary certificates of educational qualification, training, experience, citizenship certificate issued by Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation Chairman/Mayor/Councillor and copy of Birth Certificate (1st Attested by a gazetted officer of the first class), character certificate issued by a gazetted officer of the 1st class should be attached. At the time of oral examination the original copies of the mentioned certificates have to be produced.
3) The application should be addressed to the Hon'ble Judge (Senior District and Sessions Judge), Divisional Speedy Trial Tribunal, Khulna and should reach the address of the undersigned by post on 15/05/2024 between 5-00 PM. No application will be accepted after the prescribed time. The name of the post and own district should be mentioned on the application envelope.
4) The application form should be sent in a return envelope of size 9.5 x 4.5 inches containing an unused postage stamp of Rs.10/- to the present address.
5) Next 15/05/2024 the age of candidate should be between 18-30 years. However, the age limit is relaxable up to 32 years in case of children of freedom fighters. No affidavit in respect of age shall be admissible.
6) If the candidate is the child of a freedom fighter/martyr, then he/she has to submit the attested copy of the original certificate (issued by the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs) related to his/her parents. Prevailing policies regarding quota and other government regulations related to recruitment shall be duly followed. Candidates will not be paid any TA/DA for appearing in the examination. 7) For the examination fee, the applicant shall pay a non-negotiable amount of Tk 100/- (One Hundred) through Bangladesh Bank/Sonali Bank treasury challan to Code No. 1-2141-0000-2031 and attach the original copy of the challan with the application. Pay-order/Bank Draft and Postal Order are acceptable

8) Applications containing defective, incomplete, untrue details and false information will be considered rejected and the decision of the authority regarding recruitment will be final.
