Office of Civil Surgeon, Laxmipur and under its control Bangladesh Health Department Non-Medical Staff Recruitment Rules, 2018 for recruitment of 14-16 Grades (Formerly 3rd Grade) under Permanent Revenue Sector in various Health Institutions for the recruitment of manpower from permanent residents of Lakshmipur District (natural citizens of Bangladesh) Online applications are invited at http://cslakshmipur.teletalk.com.bd web site subject to terms and conditions.

Applications of all candidates will be accepted online only. Applications received through any medium other than online will be treated as outright cancellation. The candidate's signature must be identical in the application form, written, oral and practical (where applicable) examinations. The latest rules and regulations of the government will be followed in the matter of recruitment and quota determination.
Candidate should be a citizen of Bangladesh by birth and a permanent resident of Lakshmipur district. If a candidate is not a citizen of Bangladesh or married or committed to marry a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh, he/she will not be considered eligible to apply.
If a candidate has been convicted by a court of a criminal offense or has been dismissed from the employment of any Government or Autonomous Institution or Local Authority, he will not be considered eligible to apply.
Candidate Age 22/04/2024 AD. Minimum 18 (eighteen) and maximum 30 (thirty) years as on date. However, the maximum age limit is 32 (thirty two) years in case of children of brave freedom fighters / martyred brave freedom fighters and physically challenged. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. Candidates can apply for only one post. If applying for more than one post, all his applications will be considered cancelled.
The applicant should mention all his acquired educational qualifications / experience in the application.
Department of Health Memorandum No. Swa: Adhi/Prsha-2/3rd Grade Recruitment-3/2018/4525 Date: 08/10/2018 AD. As per the originally published notification, those who have previously applied online for Statistician and Office Assistant cum Computer Numerologist posts, need not apply again. Their application will be admissible if correct and their age will be reckonable as per the conditions of previous recruitment notification. Admit cards will be issued to eligible candidates from among them to participate in the recruitment test based on the currently issued recruitment circular.
Candidates for Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous / Semi-Autonomous Organizations must apply within the stipulated time period after approval of the appropriate authority following the Government Rules and submit the original copy of No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination. .
If the permanent address specified by the candidate in the application form is different from the permanent address specified in any certificate or elsewhere or if the address of the husband is used in the case of female candidates, then the candidate should submit the National Identity Card (NID) and the concerned Union Parishad Chairman / in favor of the changed permanent address. A citizenship certificate signed by the mayor of the municipality must be submitted.
In case of Health Assistant post, the candidate should be a permanent resident of the ward (old) for which he/she is applying for the post. Permanent residents of other wards (old) of the same union can also apply, in which case the ward in which the candidate is a resident must be mentioned in the application form. However, the resident of the respective vacant ward is eligible
