JOB PURPOSE
This position will be responsible for provide administrative support, logistic support to all the team members
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist to HOD for the planning and budgeting for the department
• Provide administrative support, logistic support to all the team members
• Support to procure the equipment/materials and preserve all procurement related papers
• Coordinate workshop/training events as required and provide support for related work
•
Keep all reports filed systematically in both electronic and hardcopy formats
Analyse the different reports and compile the report and submit it to management as per requirement
• Ensure all project administrative activities are coordinated effectively
• Coordinate meeting arrangements, including informing team members, booking meeting rooms and keeping management/staff calendars updated
• Record and prepare meeting minutes and share with the team member
• Review supplier contracts and contracts for terms and conditions
• Coordinate and correspondence within the BRAC offices and outside BRAC offices • Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Age, education and experience may be relaxed in case of potential candidates
• Knowledge in administrative, business management and manage office procedure Highly creative with ability to think out of box
• Excellent in work prioritization, time management as well as the ability to adapt to work under pressure and challenging environment
• Must have Communication, analytical ability, problem solving and report writing skill
• Must have using capabilities of MS Office
• Able to work under stress situation
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must have graduate with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations. Diploma in HRM will be given preference www.prebd.com
