Applications are invited from the permanent citizens of Bangladesh for the following vacant posts under the revenue department of the National Science and Technology Museum. Application Conditions:
1. Last Date of Receipt of Application: 09/05/2014 AD-
2. Application form should reach by post to Director General, National Science and Technology Museum, Agargaon, Sherbanglanagar, Dhaka-1207 on or before office hours on 09/05/2014 AD. No applications submitted directly and applications received by post or by any other means after the due date will not be accepted.
3. The application must be submitted to apply for the jobs prescribed by the government. The sample application form can be downloaded from the website of this office: www.nmst.gov.bd or from the website of the Ministry of Public Administration: www.mopa.gov.bd or available on the notice board of the office.
4. The application envelope should mention the name of the post, special quota (if applicable) on the top right side and a return envelope measuring 9.5 inches x 4 inches with an unused postage stamp of Rs.
5. Age Limit of Candidates 18-30 Years as on 08/04/2028 AD and Children of Freedom Fighters/ Martyred Freedom Fighters, Handicapped and Minority Candidates should be between 32 Years. Affidavit on age is not admissible. In respect of Nahila and other quotas, prevailing government policies/regulations will be applicable.
6. Candidates employed in Govt/Semi Govt Organizations must apply through appropriate authority. Advance copies are not acceptable.
7. Along with the application form candidates should submit a non-refundable bank draft/pay order of Tk 200/- (two hundred) in favor of Director General, National Science and Technology Museum, Dhaka from any Scheduled Bank in Bangladesh. Besides, 5 cm. x 5 cm. No other documents need to be submitted except 2 (two) size photo copies.
8. Original copies of all certificates must be produced and attested photocopies of all certificates must be submitted at the time of oral examination. Apart from this, the citizenship certificate issued by the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation as proof of permanent resident of the district should be provided. Job candidates must submit the permission letter from the appropriate authority. 9. Incomplete and defective applications will be considered rejected.
10. No TA/DA will be paid for participation in the recruitment test.
11. The Authority may reject any or all applications. The decision of the authorities in this regard is final.
