Conditions: After permanentization at the end of apprenticeship period, 2 Utsav allowances, Boishakhi allowances, annual increments, provident fund, gratuity and health savings will be available per year as per the pay structure policy of the organization. Also from the time of regularization will be entitled to other benefits of the organization including daily allowance, traveling allowance, mobile bill, fuel bill, incentive allowance, city allowance, performance bonus, branch accommodation. For all the above (except Credit Officer) posts, the candidate must be proficient in motorcycle riding and computer skills. 10,000/- (Refundable) security for all posts at the time of joining the service.
