Recruitment Conditions:-
01) Term of employment contract:
The term of this contract including 01 (one) year apprenticeship period will be valid for up to 03 (three) years of which the first year will be considered as apprenticeship period. At the end of the apprenticeship period (01 year) the contract will be executed for the next two years subject to receipt of prescribed information.
02) Apprenticeship period and subsequent extension/renewal:
1) If his performance during apprenticeship is considered below the prescribed standard or if he is considered unfit to continue in the service or if any disciplinary action is taken in respect of the service or any information error/deviation is observed, the appointment of the candidate shall be deemed to be canceled and without assigning any reason. He shall be removed from service;
2) On satisfactory completion of Apprenticeship period the next two years of contract will be executed and thereafter for a total of 03 (three) years [apprenticeship period 01 (one) year + remaining 2 (two) years at the end of the period subject to satisfactory performance evaluation as per CPGCBL (Employee) Dhakuri Rules-2017 The contract may be extended/renewed as per the decision of the appropriate authority;
3) The term of this agreement may be renewable up to the completion of 60 (sixty) years subject to achievement of targets and satisfactory performance evaluation as per CPGCBL (Employees) Employment Rules-2017;
Police Verification:
At the time of joining, the selected candidate will have to submit self-filled Police Attestation Form and subsequent contractual appointment after 01(one) year apprenticeship subject to receipt of satisfactory police attestation. If the police certificate is not obtained within one (01) year or if the certificate is unsatisfactory or if other examination certificates are proved to be false/false, the appointment order of the candidate shall be canceled without assigning any reason and Rule-4.1 of CPGCBL (Employees) Employment Rules-2017 Action shall be taken as per (f).
