The BRAC Microfinance Program is providing financial services to nearly 1 crore customers through 2,800 branches across the country, 89% of whom are women customers.

Responsibilities: At the field level to help the marginal population by ensuring financial inclusion in production or service work and help in poverty alleviation as well as social empowerment.
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/Equivalent Degree from any recognized University.
Work Place: BRAC Field Office (Must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh). Financial Benefits: Monthly Salary during Apprenticeship (6 months) Rs.25,000/- in total. The post will be regularized after successful completion of the apprenticeship, then the monthly salary will be Rs.31,959/- in total. Also provident fund, gratuity, incentive, performance bonus, traveling allowance, health and life insurance and festive allowance will be provided as per company policy. Other: In addition to maternity/paternity leave, if the employee's performance is satisfactory, there is an opportunity to be promoted to a higher position as per the policy of the organization.
